Social Skills Program

Some children have difficulty displaying appropriate social behaviors and may find it challenging to form meaningful and lasting relationships.  Our programs may help if your child struggles with any of the following:

• Forming Friendships
• Understanding Social Norms
• Showing Compassion
• Maintaining Healthy Sibling Relationships
• Flexibility
• Sharing

We target these skills in the 1:1 therapeutic setting with goals tailored to your child’s specific needs and then practice them in a more natural setting. We also offer social skills groups when we have at least four students working on similar goals. This provides the students the opportunity to practice with peers in a safe, supportive environment before applying it to their everyday life!
